As we look ahead to the 2026–2027 school year, now is the time to make sure your student is registered and ready for a great year in Prosser Schools!

Kindergarten Registration is OPEN! 
If your child will be 5 years old by August 31, 2026, we invite you to register them for Kindergarten today. This is an exciting milestone, and we can’t wait to welcome our newest learners! Spaces are filling quickly, so we encourage families to complete the process as soon as possible.

Happy National Assistant Principals Week! During National Assistant Principals Week, we are proud to recognize the incredible leadership and dedication of David Funk at Prosser High School and Kristal Cole at Housel Middle School. They each play a vital role in supporting students, staff, and families while helping their schools run smoothly every day. Their commitment, care, and leadership make a meaningful difference across our entire community, and we are grateful for all that they do. 🐎

 

National Librarian Day - April 4, 2026

Saturday, April 4, was National Librarian Day! We honor the incredible librarians who make a difference in our students’ lives every day—helping them discover new books, explore their interests, and build a lifelong love of reading.

A special thank you to Mrs. Dewitt, Mrs. Dunkin, Mrs. Johnson, Mrs. Landa, and Mrs. Tinsley for supporting our students, encouraging curiosity, and creating welcoming spaces where everyone can learn and grow. ❤️📖

 

Celebrating Our Academic Champions!

At the March 11 Regular Board Meeting, the Prosser High School Girls Varsity Basketball Team was honored for an outstanding season. These talented student-athletes not only finished 2nd at the 2A State Basketball Tournament, but also earned the title of 2026 2A Girls Basketball Academic State Champions!

Their dedication, teamwork, and excellence—both academically and athletically—truly set an example for our entire community. Congratulations to the team for making Prosser High School shine on and off the court!

As we return from spring break, it’s exciting to think about the final stretch of the school year. Our classrooms continue to be places where students are learning, growing, and supported by dedicated staff who are committed to their success every day.

I am grateful for the hard work of our employees, the support of our families, and the partnership of our community. Together, you create a positive environment where students can thrive and Prosser Schools can continue to grow stronger.
